I had 4 flights with "Qatar Airways" in November, so my impressions are still fresh. First of all, I won't ever agree, that it is number one airline in the world: to be number one, they must fix or improve many things. First of all, their customer care. I wrote two times to customer care center because of changed flight times and haven't received any answer at all. Secondly, we had 10 hours layover in Doha and I thought, that we will get free hotel here. Unfortunately, I was shocked, when at transfer desk lady said, that I won't receive free hotel, because I BOUGHT TOO CHEAP TICKET!!! It was a promo ticket, so I am not eligible to the hotel. Wow... When I flew with "Turkish Airlines" to Sao Paulo, I have received free hotel without any worries, even when ticket price was really cheap. But "Qatar Airways" forced me to spend 10 hours in Doha airport because my ticket was too cheap. Shame on "Qatar Airways". And the 3rd thing was, that flight attendants worked super slow... And often they forgot about people requests. You must ask for the same thing two or even three times until you will receive cup of juice or some cognac. As I wrote before, I took 4 flights in November and in every flight situation was the same. My experience says, that "Turkish Airlines", "Air France" and "KLM" has much better service.
