I had booked Vietjet's Skyboss ticket to travel to Ho Chi Minh from Singapore for leisure. However, my sister suddenly got accident so I had to delayed the trip for one week. Luckily, everything was fine. Flexible ticket policy of Vietjet was really helpful. And now, I can enjoy my sweet holiday.
