Business Class

I thoroughly enjoyed the business lounge at AUH. The food was great. The business seat to AUH was great but was disappointed with the flat bed on way to Seoul. This wasn't the same flatbed I had experienced from NY to AUH. That aside my complaint is about the service in Seoul. I got to ICN in the afternoon and my flight was at night. No counter open. The office is closed despite a notice saying they were supposed to be open. Call center was not at all helpful. As per them, Business + first class passengers are supposed to loiter around the airport until the counter opens 4 hours prior to departure. Why take a premium when you treat us like dirt Etihad?????? Check in online opens 24hrs prior to flight departure but at the airport I need to wait 4 hrs prior to departure????? RIDICULOUS !!!!! Lousy ground staff. Lousy call centre people. Lousy service abroad. Shame on you Etihad.
