I simply do not understand some people, i have flown more times than i can remember with Ryanair and on only a couple of times i had any problem.. If people just read the terms print or download boarding card , and take correct size hand baggage ,,then all should be ok,, some people make they own problems ,, and remember it is a budget airline after all
