Delta Air Lines review by Patty 2016-09-18

Due to a recent knee injury, I needed wheelchair assistance or would have to cancel my annual Labor Day trip to the US Open tennis tournament. Delta's wheelchair service was easy to access, efficient, and very friendly. I was never left alone, the escorts asked about my need to go to the restroom or get food, and chatted along the way, rather than just pushing the chair. I have always been a Delta fan, but this stellar service made me write my first review, ever. My flight originated in Orlando to LaGuardia; return flight was inverse. It was a busy, holiday weekend and everything was seamless. I am grateful not to need this service permanently, but happy to tell those who do that Delta performed in such a competent and friendly manner.
