Never again will I fly with Volaris! The worse customer services. They want to implement additional charges to everything. We arrived 3 hours before our flight as suggested. The check-in line was extremely long. We had a flight from LAX to Oaxaca City. I was traveling with my 6 month daughter and husband. We waited in line for a long time and when we finally reached the check-in desk the customer service representative told us that the flight was closed. I was in shocked and could not believe what she was telling us. Since it was a late night flight my daughter was ready for a nap. The representative said they could not do anything even when we were waiting in line 3 hours before our flight. We had to purchased another ticket with Interjet since Volaris did not have any other flights to Oax for the next morning. We had to spend the night at the airport with our 6 month daughter. It was the worse experience ever! Other airlines would do their best to make sure all their clients get to their gates! Volais is not one! Not worth flighting with them regardless of their low prices!
