Philippine Airlines review by Angel 2015-12-13

DO NOT CONSIDER flying international routes on Philippine Airlines!!! 12 Dec 2015 MNL to MEL. PR209 Absolutely horrible experience!!!. I purchased a Business class ticket and then I was charged another $680 !!!! to bring my legal overhead sized pelican case on board!! I would never check my >$12,000 professional camera equipment in and need it for my field projects. This was completely absurd. I have brought my pelican case of camera equipment around the world with me and never had a problem. The food was terrible. The breakfast inedible. The airbus "flat beds" are not comfortable and I was kicked 3 time in the middle of the night by the passenger in the next seat because the the leg space overlaps. While the attendants were wonderful, everything else about the experience was utterly lacking.
