Ethiopian Airways review by Olive 2017-04-18

My seat's entertainment unit sound would not work. Being a long 12 hour plus flight, this would seem aggravating. I asked for help to fix the situation countless times, to no avail! The attendants response more or better to fellow Ethiopians that people that are not Ethiopians. The food is really bad and the timeliness of service is inconsistent. One of the attendants literally chucked a hot foil food container into my hands and obviously didn't give a damn about the reaction. I will forever and a day avoid flying with them!!!! Just terrible all around and this is after omitting the nuances that make for a moderately satisfying flight, that are lacking with their service and amenities!!!
