Turkish Airlines review by Mallory 2015-03-07

I flew Turkish Airlines nonstop from Chicago to Istanbul, alone both ways, to visit my fiance. I have flown internationally before via different airlines and Turkish Airlines surpasses them all. The flight departed and arrived smoothly and on time both ways. The service is excellent, the flight attendants are very polite, professional, and kind (all speak fluent English and Turkish), the food is some of the best airline food I've had (though I'm partial to Eastern European/Middle Eastern cuisine..), and all beverages, included alcohol, are complimentary. At the beginning of each flight you are given a hot hand towel and a piece of baklava as well as a little tin keepsake box with essentials (headphones, socks, toothbrush/toothpaste, Q-tips, sleeping mask, etc.). Everything about this flight was wonderful, I have no complains.
