Air India review by Aniket 2015-09-08

Worst airlines ever. Traveled to delhi from Sydney on 2nd June 2015. Made a last minute announcement that the aircraft will fly to melbourne & then to delhi & made us wait in the aircraft on the airport without moving for 4 hours. Didn't serve the passengers any food or beverages for that period. & worst was the service of the crew members. Crew members never responded when they were called for assistance, & ignored all the requests. First meal served, consisted of 30 grams of dried chicken piece stuck to a wooden skewer and to accompany that little amount of protein a tiny samosa so dry that my mouth turned into a desert. I wonder, how come they couldn't find any smaller container to serve such a baby portion of food. Those were the worst 15 hours of my life. After landing at delhi, my connecting flight to mumbai was missed, and just to make our situation more worst, instead of giving me a second flight that night they gave me a flight for next morning. And forcing me to spend a night in delhi. There was so much chaos and hatred at the air india counter at delhi airport and none of the airline staff apologised. I deeply regret travelling with AIR INDIA.
