We were late departing to Hong Kong due to a technical issue and this caused me to miss my connection in Hong Kong. The ground staff in Ho Chi Minh rebooked me, had my boarding pass, a few vouchers for me and mostly kindly staff. These kinds of things happen and they're never great but kindness goes a long way in instances like this!
