Economy Class

Very bad customer service. When I arrived to Istanbul airport I had a problem, and I wanted to get some help from one of the company's counters. Unfortunately they did not understand English, and instead of helping just sent me through 6 counters, until finally there was a staff member who actually understood English, and fixed my problem in a minute. Unfortunately, by that time I already missed my flight, and had to buy new fully priced ticket. In conclusion, it seems this is not an English speaking-friendly company.
