Ethiopian Airways review by Varun 2013-10-14

Flown from dubai to cotonou with a long halt in addis. - Once landed in addis there for one information on what to do. - Saw a line where they were giving the hotel vouchers for the overnight stay. - After 40 min i got my turn and got voucher (hotel destiny) - Reached immigration aread, It was like a big FISH market. Totaly haywire and chaotic situation. No one had a clue on whats going here. - With help of some people i entered in the line and after 50 min got my turn to get on arrival visa stamp. - After immigration waited outside and saw a etiopian airline agent which told me to wait for the hotel bus pickup. After 30-40 min of wait i got a drop of to hotel. - Reached hotel destiny . Not recommend to stay here ...its a average hotel (check review on tripadvisor, i would have prefer to stay in some other (shereton etc..) - The other morning we got a drop off to airport , Again the queue to enter to the check inn was 1 km long , after some effort and luck got inside the airport. - Got the boarding pass, immigration done. - Inside the airport there are few lounges for business class passengers and some restaurants. - The airport in general is a huge mess. We had no information on our departure gates. - After lot of enquiry (me and fellow passengers) got to know the departure gate. OVERALL it was a BIG MESS> Would not recommend anyone to take along haul in ADDIS.
