Fiji Airways review by David 2014-01-16

Wonderful experience from LAX to Sydney. find it hard to understand the bad reviews because our experience was very nice. Booked originally with Air Pacific and my wife and I were very happy with the service and the flight on the new Fiji Airways planes. Flew part of the trip business class and part economy. Business class is really excellent on all counts and economy is good value for the cost. Mostly we were impressed by the helpful staff who went out of their way to help us many times - booking the trip, Tanya helping us join Tabua Club, Madhu at the LAX counter, Madhu's supervisor and all the very courteous and pleasant flight attendents. Especially enjoyed the Fiji Water - a great blessing of Fiji - which unfortunately appears to only be served in business class. We hope our return flight will be equally pleasant.
