Thai Airways International review by Janaka 2016-03-21

We boarded a flight from Brisbane to Bangkok in late Feb 2016. The seats were comfortable. The on board entertainment system was good.Meals were reasonable. The crew politeness was almost non existent. The crew tend to shake their heads when a passenger made a request. Passengers were asked to come and get drinks/water from the servery if they require any. This is almost unheard of. Hard to believe if the crew had any idea what customer relationship is all about.It almost sound like they work for themselves. At Bangkok there were no boarding ramps. Passengers were escorted by bus to the terminals and vise versa. This was bit inconvenient for us as we had to get On and Off at the middle of the night with kids due to transiting.. The taking off and the landings were smooth and the journey was safe.
