Worst airlines my husband and I have flown on. On our flight to the US from Tel Aviv we didn't receive our Kosher meals that we had ordered. Only once we were on the flight were we notified that we had to have confirmed the Kosher meals when checking in, though such an option did not appear when we had checked in. It does not make sense that someone who ordered a special meal would not want it when checking in and that the airlines can just remove it. Even worse, we just checked in to our flight back to Tel Aviv for tomorrow. We wanted to add an extra bag each and pay for that ahead of time. During check in no option was available for that so we finished that and called the airline's customer service for help. The representative was unhelpful and put us on hold constantly. 20 minutes later, she told us we would have to pay more to add the bags since we had already checked in. We had never had this problem before but agreed to the fee. However, when she wanted to charge us 100 Euro per bag on the phone instead of the of the 75 Euro listed on the website we declined. We hope to simply pay the 75 Euro tomorrow, though I do not trust this airlines at all at this rate.
