Pathetic cus servCE in kolkatta airport .the girl at the counter reacts as if I asked her to sleep with me ........rude behaviour and very very delayed flights ....I was late still 25 min prior to departure for the 3:15 flight ....the lady was so rude that she upfront denied me with my sick son and family ......I took fresh tkts for 8pm flight on a premium rate and the flight was delayed twice to 11 pm ....and no staff to answer your queries .......please opt for a sleeper train tkt rather than a indigo flight
