Do yourself a favour and avoid Air Asia!!! They have the WORST customer service EVER, take your money then do NOTHING to help you when there are problems!!! Our flights were cancelled from Melbourne to Bali, had to spend long periods on hold to re-book a gruelling 14 hr journey via KL. Original flights were 6 hours!! Then we were allocated seats apart for the longest 9hr leg!! Called Air Asia in the hope they would seat us together after ALL the problems. They refused and wanted us to cough up another $40 to switch seats. They're customer service is APPALLING, the operator refused to put me through to a supervisor!!! Saved money NOT worth the stress!! Is my 2nd consecutive problem flying with them!! WON"T be doing it again!!!!
