American Airlines review by Robert

Booked a business class flight from Dallas to Lisbon. Missed the connection in PHI and was sent to a hotel that had no less than 60 ppl from other missed American flights waiting to check in at 11pm. Tired and with no luggage, we checked into a different hotel for the night. Had to fight with baggage handlers to get our luggage the next morning so we could shower for the next leg. American denied us reimbursement for everything. We were 32 hours late to Lisbon, missing planned appointments. The best part of our flights was the rebooking with British Airways. They were terrific.
