Vueling review by A 2017-04-24

Even though this airline has terrible reviews and I hadly ever review anything, I did come on here to give it a good score for a job well done. We left on time and arrived on time. The bus to the terminal was waiting for us when we got there. The staff were friendly and helpful. Coming back was the same. We left on time and arrived on time at the gate. Staff were friendly and helpful on the flight and really made sure the passengers listened to the safety procedures. (A passenger was being rude during and the attendant handled it very well.) From my experience, I had great flights both ways and only paid 140 Euros from STR to Rome and back, sweet! Maybe Vueling gets some of it's bad reviews because low-budget people are flying with them. Like the women in front of me who tried to bring a clearly oversized hand luggage on the plane for free and who then expected their bags to be directly above them on the flight even though they were nearly the last ones one. Or maybe they really do drop the ball most of the time. Who knows? All I know is I had fun and paid pennies for a great weekend in Rome!
