Absolutely terrible experience. Went to Phoenix, AZ from Atlanta on Delta and had an amazing experience. On the way back I booked with AA. They cancelled my flight back to Atlanta 7 hours before my flight. I will give them credit that they gave me a hotel voucher and meal voucher. So the next day I get to my flight at 1:25 PM and they had me on a connecting flight from Dallas to Atlanta. We were delayed 2 hours so I missed my connecting flight. I go to customer service to get a new one and they couldn't book me until 7 AM the next day. I received no hotel or meal voucher and had to sleep in the cold airport all night. Customer service was unhelpful and it was unnecessary to even create my first flight since they cancelled it due to crew rest. Ridiculous.
