What do the staff actually do? No bar service trolley, no duty free trolley. Food was very odd...shepherds pie for breakfast, with no alternative choice. Air hostess was very unhelpful. She told it was take it or leave it! As I don't eat lamb it was appalling after a 14 hour flight
