Economy Class

On 14 November 2013, I went to Garuda Online to book my flight from Singapore to Denpasar for 17 Nov 2013 for 0550am. After receiving booking confirmation, the time was sudden changed to 0650am. On 17 November, when I arrived at Changi Airport, the customer service could not find my booking and eventually, they told me the booking was cancelled. I was informed last minute it was due to payment error. So I had to fly by SQ urgently. When I arrived at my destination, I found out that my bank account had already been deducted. I tried to contact the customer service and made complaints but it was extremely difficult. I had to pay extra money due to their IT system error. Please be careful next time when using Garuda Airline. Not really a good experience.
