Economy Class
Turkish has some of the worst ground customer service I've ever experienced. Check in has been consistently problematic. In this flight the check in lasted almost two hours. I am surprised I boarded in time. I had already checked in on line and waited almost two hours to print a boarding pass in Washington. I wasn't even checking a bag. I've had similar problems in Istanbul and Geneva. It really makes me question flying with this airline.
