American Airlines review by Lindsay

JFK-LHR. The worst crew EVER. While passengers boarding the plane, all crew members in the economy class were standing or sitting at the back of the aircraft. Some were chatting away with each other, some were browsing on their mobiles. Most seats were empty at the back, when taking off, more than 10 empty seats had their tray tables unfolded, some shockingly some bags and boxes of soft drinks were placed on them. I'm no flight safety expert but pretty sure that unfolded tables and unsecured objects are safty hazards while take off and landing.
