I have sent two complaints to RAM and I have not heard a thing back! The return journey from Casablanca to Doha was however a little different and rather disappointing. To begin, the aircraft was dirty and the staff were very inattentive. I pressed my call button a number of times; staff did not come and were just sat around at the back. Nor did they attend to other passengers who also had their call lights on. Because of this, I got up and went to the back of the aircraft myself where I found staff just sitting around chatting and 'flirting' with one another and totally disregarded me and other customers! Eventually a young man asked me what I wanted and I requested a glass of white and red wine. He immediately dismissed me and said he would have to check at the front of the aircraft and would bring the wine to me! I waited... a very long time. Probably about 45 minutes. To add insult to injury, after getting off the plane, my husband found a small reddish beetle type creature crawling up the outside of his trouser leg! He promptly killed it but on further checking - it was a bed bug! This had clearly come from the plane - it could not have been picked up anywhere else!
