Qatar Airways review by christopher 2015-08-11

We were very suprised just how poor this airline was. All the reviews we saw gave glowing reviews, maybe we were just very unlucky. Traveled from Manchester to Bangkok and 3 of the 4 segments were very poor . We had no tv working , poor food which was inedible and very uncomfortable seats. The only saving grace was Doha to Bangkok which used the A380. what a difference that was, completely the reverse of the others..The seats had lots of room and all tvs worked, even the food was good. There was 4 in our party and we all agreed that this was simply not a 5 Star experience. I must say that we were not the only people not having a pleasant experience as there were countless other people who had to stare at a blank screen on all 3 flights. Maybe the rumours of Qatar looking after premium customers much better are true, because there is no way that this could be called a 5 Star airline for economy class customers..
