Etihad Airways review by Mohammad 2015-06-04

My parents were returning from San Francisco to Delhi one of their checkin beg was 24 KG and one 22 KG. I was standing with them in checkin line for more then 1 hour. When we reached checkin counter Miss Traine told me to unpack the 24 KG beg and move 1KG to second beg. And leave and come again into the long line. I explain her that since my parents are old age they are carrying everything in checkin beg and they are not carrying any hand bag(14 KG less). But She didn't listen. I asked her for her supervisor. She told something to her Super Visor Miss Samad Zodeha. Supervisor came and told same thing go back and come again in same line or pay $100. I told OK it will take 1-2 minute for me to me 1 KG from one beg to another beg, my parents are not young they cant stand in line for another hour.She didn't listen at all and told "NO" with her rude way of talking. I have to leave counter, move some small stuff from one baggage to another beg and stand in the line again for more then one hour! I have never seen this type of rudeness and hard 23 KG RULE with any airline. Even with your RULES why should I stand in long queue two times? I will never fly Etihad again!
