Royal Air Maroc review by Peter 2013-12-26

Madrid to Casablanca in an A320 operated by Iberia. 3 days before the flight, I received an email informing me that the flight I originally had with Royal Air Maroic had been delayed by 7 hours, no explanation was given. As this was unacceptable because of huge disruptions to our travel plans, I went online to see what alternatives there were. There was one flight early in yhe morning & another 1hour 15 minutes later than the original, both operated by Iberia. I was able to change to the second mentioned flight but this was not offered to me by Royal Air Maroc. No doubt some people were extremely inconvenienced by this change, possibly missed connecting flights. Obviously,this airline cannot be trusted. The standard of the flight by Iberia left a lot to be desired.
