Ryanair review by Sarah 2015-11-21

Flew Ryanair dublin-Manchester return 18/19 November with a group of 11 people with varying disabilities. On our return at departures we discovered an error on ticket..return was for 18 rather than 19. An error on our part. Panic as of all airlines to have problems with Ryanair are usually not the most sympathetic. .we thought! ! However we couldn't have been treated better by the nicest lady (katie) at the customer service desk who sorted everthing with her superiors. Ryanair flew us all home at no extra cost on an earlier flight. I am totally amazed at this customer service and am very grateful to all the staff involved in helping us. Thank you Ryanair. ..keep it up:-):-)
