yesterday i was on the Ethiopian Airlines website looking for a flight to Nairobi Kenya. your site suggested a flight from Boston, and it said "+1" for arriving the next day. i selected the flight and paid the fair. as soon as the itinerary came up it actually was +2 - two red eye flights back to back. i called the help line and was told that there was no way to cancel a reservation made an hour previously because the flight was "less than 7 day s away". i asked to speak to a supervisor and again was told that the rules state that the flight was less than 7 days away and the only way to cancel a USD$795 ticket was to pay USD$300. i understand the "rules" but i have been traveling internationally for years and every airline i've ever traveled on allows a ticket to be cancelled if the request is made an hour after it was purchased. United Airlines, British Airlines, American Airlines, i have had this happen to each one but for some reason Ethiopian Airlines has no flexibility and no customer service.
