Worst way to start a vacation. We were traveling from Canada to LAX. We had a 2 hour layover in Seattle before continuing on our flight. We get to LAX and our bags are a no show. Delta didn't deliver the bags to the connecting flight. To make it worse it was 6 bags for our group of 8 that we were traveling with. We had to get on our cruise ship with no bags and no cloths. We got on our ship Saturday and didn't get our bags until Wednesday. One of the bags didn't show up until Thursday. The ship didn't sell cloths to fit a 4 and 6 year old girls so we were lucky that we put their bathing suits in our carry on. Do you know how hard it is to tell your kids that they have to ware the same cloths for 4 days. We had to go 5 days with out any medications and had to buy basic personal care products. So on Saturday the trip home, again with Delta and again through Seattle they lost my bag !!!! I even went to the service desk to give them a heads up about our issues and to insure that my bag made my flight. Apparently even trying to help them doesn't increase chances of getting my bags. It is Monday 11am and I still don't have my bag. Delta you failed me and my family.
