Thanks to Airline Ratings we avoided a Vueling experience. In July we were ticketed FCO (Rome) to Madrid, where we needed to be for our flight home to Chile. Before leaving on our trip (myself, wife and 13-year old son), I read AR and decided to book on Alitalia and eat the cost of three Vueling tickets (about US$400). This due to the stories about lost luggage, cancelled flights, etc. And this was before the riot at Barca where pax attacked Vueling staff. So thanks Airline Ratings...we had a great flight on Alitalia.
