Business Class

Flight was delayed five (5) hours Perth to Singapore. I was notified by TXT and email, no problem. Promise of $50 compensation voucher for delay over four (4) hours still in Scoot's bank because I don't have it. Fly with them again? I don't know, Food bloody awful also. OK it's an economy airline but live up to your promises and don't play the passengers for idiots, Your livelihood - not mine!! EDITORS COMMENT: It will come but it takes time. A refund generally takes 12 weeks. Food is terrible I agree but the airfare normally make up for this and you just eat before you leave.
