I used to travel with them, had I bad experience, not anly always delay of flights but they also lost one of my luggages a don't even know where to find it! Don't even call to inform me, there are days since I arrived and never got my luggage, nor informations from them. Worst customer care / customer relationship. And also I was feeling bad after thei meals!
