Economy Class

After hours (a final total of 4) of "undetermined delays", EasyJet surprised passengers due to land in Gatwick with an unannounced landing at Stansted Airport. Given that it was 3:00 in the morning, at the unannounced airport, they promised ground transport to Gatwick but once customs cleared + baggage collected, cancelled all promises, leaving hundreds of passengers (many with young children/toddlers) stranded for hours at a time when buses, trains and taxis do not operate at Stansted Airport. Shameful customer service, on top of the usual and sadly expected delays.
