Economy Class
Delay after delay. Worst airline experience ever. Prior to this trip I had an issue on another flight with ticketing. Was given a number for customer service. Called that number and was told they just took messages and gave me an email address for "customer service". Emailed. Three times. No response. Conclusion is that there is no customer service at AA
