This has been a very bad experience with Turkish airlines, I am a business class passenger and wanted to use the suite in the business lounge as our layover is 8.5hours. Unfortunately the suite receptionist stated that we couldn't use one of their suites as the suites are only for passengers with a layover of 4-7 hours, they then said to go to reception in the lounge and they will provide a hotel room. Unfortunately the person at the reception desk was enormously UNhelpful!! And basically said there is a flight in an hour which we could put you on but we can't as your baggage wouldn't have enough time to transfer and basically we cannot provide you a room..... Turkish airlines this is really bad service and I say to anyone travelling business to veer away unless you get a free upgrade!
