We took a Miami to London flight (209) two weeks ago, in Business class, on the way to Amsterdam. If you are tall, the seats are terrible. Check "seat guru". The pitch is 72 inches (6' 0") and the width is 20". So if you are 6' tall and you push your head against the top end, you will be able to lie flat. If you try to lie on your side with a seat width of 20 inches, you need to be a contortionist. Even if you are not tall, try lying sideways in these seats! Compare this to Iberia flights from Miami to Madrid (you can connect to Amsterdam from there also). The typical configuration is pitch 78" and width 26". Guess which one I am flying next time.
