On Sunday they lost my luggage and ended up sending it to the wrong country. It was impossible to get them on the phone to help me with this and when i called the number given by their chat room the person basically told me why am i bothering him with this issue because they dont deal with this over the phone. They told me to send an email. I sent it the same day and am yet to hear from them. I ended up having to go to the airport myself. It is now day 4 and every day they tell me we are going to send it today and ill give you a call back in an hour with the flight number. They didnt even bother to call back, im yet to receive my luggage and i have confirmed its just sitting there and no one is doing anything about it . I will never give my business to this company again.
