Qatar Airways is barely a 3 Star airline. Flew Business from JFK to Delhi and from Cochin to JFK. Seat Broken on both (2 different planes) legs of return, Main Meal was never served on 14 hour leg of return, Departure without being in safety position, Incompetence of ground crew made us nearly miss connecting flight (sent us to CheckIn instead Intransit Boarding) No Business Boarding courtesies in Cochin, Forgot prescription eyeglasses in distinctive container on plane, contacted airline with seat # and flight # immediately on arrival, but QA claimed not to have them. Difficult to reach Customer Service and when finally did reach, got run around or rudeness, "Complimentary" amenities were ugly, coarse to touch and minimal, etc, etc.
