Just terrible!!!! The website would not print our boarding pass, my husband and I tried for over an hour.. We took photos of the computer screen and showed it to airport workers, something was clearly not working. They said they didn't care and that if we didn't give them 70 British pounds for each boarding pass they wouldn't let us in the plane. Then the employees sent us to the wrong line TWICE. Then the girl at the check in counter said we should have checked in 3 hours before flight was departing because we had a check in bag and now we were too late. In tears we went back to customer service, waited 30 more minutes in line to at least try to get a refund for the boarding passes that we paid 140 pounds for them to print and the girl at the check in counter doesn't know what she is talking about and that we still had plenty of time to check in our bag and make it to our flight. We went back to the heck in counter, waited in line for another 30 minutes, the girl rolled her eyes and said - I already told you you are too late, you should have checked in 3 hours prior to departure... At this point I started screaming and told her that either she or the person at the information counter are completely incompetent because they said we were still making it to our flight just fine. She rolled her eyes, checked her computer and without apologizing said - I guess you can heck in. When You were here before the computer was showing me that the flight was already closed. She never said sorry, we almost left the airport thinking we had missed our flight and she didn't feel bad at all. Horrible airline. I would not wish this on my enemy. The price is not worth all the crap they will put you through. Ryanair was the worse part of my Europe trip!!!!!
