Worse customer service ever! 1) American booked flights that were very close ... If on time we would only have had 20 minutes to make our flight. 2) my husband along with 14 OTHER PEOPLE WHO WERE CONNECTING made it to the gate with 4 minutes at least to spare and they would not let anyone on!!!! Obviously this airline is NOT interested in the people they serve. A sad day....
