My sister and I want to personally thank Sahida at Heathrow Airport (terminal 4) She helped us immensely and we are eternally grateful. The website wasn't working and kept changing our seats, putting us apart and Sahida told us to come back later in the day and when we went back there was a huge queue and she brought us to the front and immediately checked us in and gave us seats together for our first flight. Unfortunately we are on seperate seats for our second flight but that is at no fault of Sahidas. The website wasn't working properly. She made our day, as we have been waiting in the airport for 12 hours and I can't thank her enough! She needs an award! Thank you for taking great care of us Sahida. Sophie and Claire.
