The absolute worst service Ive ever experienced from London - Mombasa and even worse on my Mombasa - London Flight. Flight times changed regularly on my outgoing flight but at least they phoned to keep me abreast. They arbitrarily with no explanations or forewarning changed my direct flight from addis abbaba to Mombasa rerouting it through Kilimanjaro which meant i was late for a meeting. They lost my luggage which came in on the flight the next day. I received no apology or communication from the representatives and had to chase everything up personally. My return flight was even worse, Id booked a 7pm departure from Mombasa. The airline on the date of departure decided to change the time to 6pm without any communication with customers. I and a handful of customers traveling to Addis Abbaba for connecting flights missed our flight. The representative at the check in desk was wholly unhelpful, unapologetic and rude. The supervisor was dismissive of the gravity of the situation casually smirking and laughing it off while some off us had appointments to keep that would be missed. They put us on the flight the following day. The whole affair left a sour taste. Never again. EDITORS COMMENT: That's not good - sounds like a real mess with poor communication within the airline and to the passengers
