Ryanair review by Arianna 2017-03-12

I have flown with this company six times in the past week and have been left angrier and angrier after each flight. They have absolutely no concept of how much carry-on luggage can fit on the aircraft, and they forcibly removed my bag from my hand, not once, but TWICE at TWO different airports stating that there wasn't enough room, despite the fact that I was one of the first ones on the flight AND my baggage passed the size check. They then proceeded to throw my bag onto the cart without saying a word to me, and they damaged some of the valuables I had in there. If I had any intention of checking a bag, I would have done so prior to. I purposely chose carry-on bags so I could take care of the fragile items within. The inconsistency with this company is ridiculous. Sometimes they don't even look at your bags and other times they are overly aggressive about them. The staff didn't seem to care at all when I told them I had fragile items in my bag. I will never fly with this company again, and I will be sure to let everyone I know know that this airline is the worst example of customer service that I have ever encountered in my life.
