Turkish Airlines review by Katerina 2016-09-29

I don't know what's wrong with TA recently. I have their member card and travel often but the quality and services decreased significantly lately. I used to love them but now I even decided not to collect miles and choose a different airlines for my next travel. The last flight was delayed, I almost missed my other flight on transit since we've got only 30 mins to change! They used to welcome you on board with Turkish delight...forget about that now. I asked for beef, got pasta instead, no pillows (only if you ask for it) and we got no food on night flight from Dubai to Istanbul (flight on 27/9/2016), we got only coffee (or tea)! I understand that after the coup d'etat they got 20% drop off customers but this is not a way to get them back!
