American Airlines review by caleb

Upon boarding our aircraft the barding crew realized that they (or American Airlines) had forgot to repair an issue with the aircraft. The captain had informed them of the issue the night before and had expected it to be fixed during the night while the aircraft was park through the evening. Instead they waited until we were supposed to board to fix the issue and it delayed us over 3 hours, causing myself and most of the other passengers to miss their connections. I have talked with 4 American Airline representatives and they have refused to address the issue. They refuse to take responsibility for failing to fix the aircraft. I fly a lot for my work and have been delayed many times. I understand that there are thing beyond anyones control. But this was not the case. They were aware of the issue and failed to fix it. I would not recommend them to anyone, nor do I ever plan to use them again.
