All of my American Airline flights, (4) in total delayed due to crew change issues. Pitiful. Get it together!! I will never fly AA again. Most of my delays were in excess of 2 hours. This is completely unacceptable to show this kind of disregard and dismissive customer service. My time is as valuable as yours. I'm extremely disappointed. My advice is to choose 'any' other airline or you will be very sorry. If zero was an option, I would certainly give you a ZERO.
