Etihad Airways review by Rosie 2016-01-07

Return flight from Sydney to Heathrow. The flight from Sydney to Abu Dhabi was cramped on an outdated loud 777 and the in-flight entertainment was disappointing due to the amount of old Christmas shows.The Cabin crew were attentive and was offered multiple drinks and snacks. The flight from Abu Dhabi to Heathrow was on a slightly bigger plane however was still outdated and not comfortable. The return trip to Sydney was on a Airbus 380 and was much more enjoyable, a smoother ride and a bigger plane. The staff on this flight were not as attentive as on the other flights and they ignored many peoples requests for service. Overall was a good experience however i would be less impressed if I had the first two planes on the return trip.
